@Talk2Windstream @Windstream Yeah I’d love you to actually give me good internet speeds when I pay an arm and a leg for it. Paying loads of money monthly for my internet to drop speeds when I don’t have any speeds to begin with. Then you ***** take a week just to come out to fix it

@JoonTheKing1 Makes me remember when I had Windstream, they have mostly a monopoly around here, thankfully I got satelite internet. But they sucked so bad turning off constantly and when they came and "fixed" it it would last only a single day.

It's now been an entire week since my internet has been out. It took @Windstream 7 days and multiple calls just to admit there was an outage. I can't believe in a global pandemic they are letting people be without internet for this long when it is necessary for work, school, etc.

Currently pushing 3 weeks with phone and internet issues. @Talk2Windstream last ticket I opened a week ago and they can't come until Monday. That's about 10 tickets over 2 weeks. Would be great to actually have working service that I'm paying for.
